Return & Exchange

Each Atelier Jornee piece is handmade to order with great care.

We are unable to issue returns or refunds, all sales are final.

We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong items are selected, or if duplicate orders are placed. Please kindly make sure all the order information is correct before you place the order.


If a piece arrives to you damaged or you’ve received an incorrect shipment, please reach out to us at info@atelierjornee.com. 

Exchange

All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


If you receive the incorrect item or your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days (Hong King & Macau orders) or 7 days (international orders) of receiving the item(s). We will arrange repair or replacement for the particular items of concern. Otherwise, you are not eligible for free return or exchange and will be charged an additional shipping fee.  


In order to be eligible for an exchange, item must be returned in original and unused condition together with its original packaging. All exchanges must be authorized before sending back to Atelier Jornee or they will be rejected and the cost of return will be borne by the customer.
