Shipping & Delivery

Your orders are shipped from our atelier in Hong Kong.

Once the order is placed, it will be processed within 5 business days (except for products with specific production lead time indicated on product page).

Please also refer to the product page for specific production lead time (if any) of each style. Shipping time is not calculated into the production time. Orders will be shipped out 1-3 business days post production.

Clients are welcomed to visit our atelier for oder pick up.

Appointment is required prior to your visit. Our team will contact you for the most updated available time slots so please check your email for further arrangements if you’ve opted for in-store pickup.

Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over HKD 1500.
For orders below HKD 1500, a shipping cost of HKD 30 is applied.
Orders are fulfilled by SF Express, delivery time is around 2-3 business days.

Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over HKD 1500.
For orders below HKD 1500, a shipping cost of HKD 80 is applied.
Orders are fulfilled by Hong Kong Post e-Express service, delivery time is around 4-7 business days.

Enjoy free domestic shipping on orders over HKD 2200.
For orders below HKD 2200, a shipping cost of HKD 200 is applied.
Orders are fulfilled by Hong Kong Post e-Express service, delivery time is around 7-14 business days.

Insurance is not included in the shipping provided. If you wish to insure your parcel, please let us know and we can arrange for you at additional charges.

Custom & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Atelier Jornee is not responsible for any unexpected charges, delays, or changes resulting from local customs inspections or enforcement.

Please note that your order total doesn’t include any import tax and duties. Buyers are responsible for the import tax and duties (if any), and to be paid to local customs separately.

If an order is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal of delivery, it is not eligible for a refund.

Your parcel will not be declared as a gift or in a lower value.

Customer Information Accuracy

Atelier Jornee is not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery.
